PRESS TO GO TO HOME PAGE KLEANSANLOW FOAM ACIDIC SANITISER USED FOR IN-PLACE CLEANING OF DAIRY EQUIPMENT KLEANSAN is a CIP (cleaning in place) detergent to limit mineral or milkstone buildup and bacterial growth between milkings in Raw milk plants, Road tankers and Milk silos.
Ideal as a second detergent in a 2-step circulatory cleaning system of milking lines and equipment. DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Use KLEANSAN at a 1:100 dilution in water for circulatory cleaning.
Temperature of the sanitizing solution must be kept above 40°C.
Circulate for at least 5-10 min before draining.
Abrasive materials are not to be used in any surface that is likely to come into contact with milk. Mechanical removal of deposits may be facilitated by generating turbulence by use of air injectors.
Inspect and manually clean any parts that have been inadequately cleaned, paying particular attention to rubber parts. Replace any parts that are cracked or blistered.
Never mix acid cleaners with chemicals that contain chlorine. SPECIFICATION |
