APPLICATIONUsed in Formulations as a Fabric Conditioning Agent and Rheology Modifier for Various Industrial Applications.
Directions for use in fabric conditioners:
FABCON 75 can be diluted to make different activities of fabric conditioner. Typical use levels for standard domestic use in the UK are typically in the range of 5-7%.
Method: Pre-heat 1 part (say 1 drum) FABCON 75 to 65-75°C and dilute into 9 parts (9 drums) water with continual stirring. This process should be done slowly
over 2-3 hours to allow the FABCON to fully dissolve to give a lump-free uniform solution.
Once the FABCON has fully dissolved, perfumes (up to 3%) and dyes (blue or pink) may be added. The final product should have a soft velvet texture and carry a fresh smell.
I ton of FABCON 75 will make over 10 tons of finished product.
