APPLICATION

HATCH CLEANSER is a Dual-Purpose Detergent-Sanitiser for Heavy Duty Cleaning & to Satisfy High Standards of Sanitisation in Food & Poultry Industry (Hatcheries, Poultry Farms, Abbatoirs & Food Processing Plants).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Soak Tank - Immersion Cleaning of Equipment:
For gross contamination, a pre-soak may be necessary for equipment likely to come into contact with eggs or chicks. Prepare daily a fresh solution containing (1:320) of water in a clean tank or bin.
Routine Sanitisation:
Daily sanitisation may be carried out using dilutions of 1:320.
 
Manual Cleaning Applications:
ManualCleaning is recommended for certain situations in the hatchery that require careful hand cleaning to limit the spread of contamination to adjacent areas. Dilution rates range from one part HATCH CLEANSER to 100 parts water for use in areas of heavy soiling, to 1:320 where contamination is less severe.
 
Low Pressure Spray Applications:
In areas where it is necessary to minimise airborne dust contamination, use a low-pressure spray application diluted 1:320. Ideal for blanketing and masking hatcher debris to control spread of contaminated dust. Use a volume of approximately 300ml/m2 surface area.
 
High Pressure Cleaning:
High pressure cleaning is recommended for cleaning of floors, tiles, and walls, garbage storage areas, bins, external service areas, chick take off and chick holding areas, hatchers, trolleys and trays. Dilute Hatchcleanser at a dilution of 1;200-1:320 depending on the level of soiling.
 
Foam Applications:
Foam assists in prolonging contact time for sanitisers on heavily soiled surfaces. This is useful for vertically inclined surfaces and undersides of tanks and other equipment.
Apply at a dilution of 1:80-1:100 using a foam-generating lance. Allow a minimum of 10 minutes contact before rinsing off with clean water.

ANTIMICROBIAL EFFICACY:

BS 6471: HATCH CLEANSER passes British standard BS 6471 at 1+600 (10 min).
 
BS EN1276:
HATCH CLEANSER passes BS EN1276 for Disinfectants used in Food, Industrial, Domestic and Institutional areas at dilution of 1+320 (5 min contact).
 
HATCH CLEANSER has shown particularly high performance against the hardy Pseudomonas Aeruginosa strain, achieving 5-log kill at dilutions of 1:500.
