ANTI-MICROBIAL EFFICACYQC CLEAR D Concentrate Passes BS6471 (achieves 10,000-fold reduction in bacterial load) at a dilution of 1 in 3000.
A dilution of 1 part QC CLEAR D to 499 parts water will produce a solution of sufficient strength to pass the European 555 Suspension Test. APPLICATIONA highly effective detergent-sanitiser for use where optimum hygiene standards are required. Non-tainting formulation is particularly well-suited for use on surfaces in food preparation and serving areas.
QC CLEAR D is recommended for use in all areas and on all surfaces in Slaughter Houses, Dairies, Mills, Food Processing & Packaging Industries and Catering Establishments.
QC CLEAR D can be used through most types of pressure washing systems although you are advised to check the compatability of the product before a full-scale operation is undertaken.
DIRECTIONS FOR RECONSTITUTIONTo conform with British Standard BS6424 requirements, the following dilutions need to be made in water: |
VARIABLE DILUTION: |
1+99 for Group QAP 30
1+59 for Group QAP 50
1+30 for Group QAP 100 |
ie. when QC CLEAR D has been diluted 1+99 (1 in 100), it can be further diluted 1+29 (1 in 30) in order to pass the BS6471 test. |
