QUATSAN

& SANITISER

APPLICATION

A highly concentrated detergent sanitiser for intensive dual purpose cleaning and sanitising applications. Suitable for highly intensive industrial cleaning requirements such as livestock farming, food industry, recreational facilities and public bathroom applications.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Applicable by hand-operated or low pressure-spraying systems, as well as traditional mop and bucket. Always wear gloves and eye, face and respiratory protection when spraying Heavy Duty Cleaning: For gross organic soiling, use at dilutions up to 1 part QUATSAN in 50 parts water.
 
Pre-Cleaning: Soaking improves the efficiency of all cleaning operations, particularly in the removal of heavy, dried on, fatty soil deposits, eg. on floors and work surfaces. Thoroughly drench all surfaces at a dilution of 1 part QUATSAN with 100 parts water. Scrub and rinse with clean water.
Sanitisaton of Pre-Cleaned Surfaces: Drench all surfaces at a dilution of 1 part QUATSAN with up to 500 parts water. Rinse surfaces with clean water after at least 5 min contact time.

ANTIMICROBIAL EFFICACY:

QUATSAN passes stringent British Standards Test BS EN 1276 (quantitative suspension test for the evaluation of bactericidal activity of Chemical Disinfectants and Antiseptics used in Food, Industrial, Domestic and Institutional areas) at a 1 in 320 dilution.
This means that on dilution of 1 part of QUATSAN into 320 parts of water, a 100,000-fold reduction in bacterial populations can be achieved with only 5 min contact time. This testing is carried out under dirty and hard water conditions. For pre-cleaned items the same bacterial kill can be achieved at much lower concentrations.
